1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GoogleGDE's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Course Enrollment and Payment

Course enrollment is subject to availability and payment of applicable fees. All fees are due in full before course commencement unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods and provide detailed invoices for all transactions.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Full refund available up to 7 days before course start date
  • 50% refund available up to 3 days before course start date
  • No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of course start
  • Course transfers may be permitted with 48 hours notice

4. Attendance and Participation

Regular attendance is essential for course success. Students are expected to participate actively in all sessions. Excessive absences may result in course completion certificate being withheld.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and recordings, are the intellectual property of GoogleGDE. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

6. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional behavior and respect for instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

GoogleGDE's liability is limited to the amount paid for the course. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Personal information shared during courses is confidential. Students agree not to share personal information of other participants outside the course environment.

9. Course Modifications

GoogleGDE reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors as necessary. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students in advance.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with New South Wales law.
